Так на МП разъем 24-штырьковый, а разъем от БП 20-ти, то 4 крайние не используются.

Распиновка следующая:

Другими словами, 2-й (на фото) не используется, он соединен с 3-м (на фото), он же 10-й разъем по таблице, т.е. +12В
