At first - what is your motherboard model and revision?
Most of the hidden settings in Gigabyte BIOS appears after pressing CTRL-F1.
Typically Gigabyte uses Award BIOS 6.0 - So you need Modbin 6.01.02 and CBROM 1.55, and also you need a flasher (amiflash 8.95 ships with all Gigabyte motherboard bios in selfexctracting archive, downloaded from gigabyte.com.tw/Support/Motherboard/BIOS_List.aspx).
