однако вот что имеем на данный момент (просба не пинат -со сказями дела имели толко на теории... практики совсем нет или мало) :
итак , до того как я проинсталлировал любую из утилит я проверилса на АСПИ резултат - вин2кпро сп3/ АСПИ check от адаптека показал что у меня на системе имеютса :aspi32.sys v.4.71.2 ;wnaspi32.dll v.4.71.2 ...... wowpost.exe ,winaspi.dll-отсутствовали.
решил установит актив смарт от Ариолика ,установил,когда программа загрузилас все деваисы нашлис, однако в поле "диск инфо" был какои то мусор... а в смарт инфо было все как должно быт, думаю надо поставит те фаилы которые небыли у меня на системе тогда все будет в порядке -так и сделал - wowpost.exe v.4.6(1021),winaspi.dll v.4.6(1021)
запустил активе смарт (ариолик) тепер в поле "диск инфо" порядок а в поле "смарт инфо " смотри ниже :

что меня смушает так ето то что перед тем как я добавил те два фаила в систему у меня смарт показывал кое какие аттрибуты красным т.е. они были exceeded... а тепер они в норме...
+ ко всему прочему пробовал другие программы указаные Руут-ом , но "актив смарт" и "скази механик" - лучшие как мне показалос для "маст дайа" скази механик показывает кое какие дефекты в перманент листе на обеих дисках (157 ; 256) что собственно и смушает- т.е разница в резултатах...
другие утили под "cmd"ругаютса что АСПИ дрова не загружены или еше что нид...так что всплывает один вопрос :
