THE MODEL IS 865G-M8 REV:1.0

Poblem is with Southbridge that is completily dead. Shortcuts on all Front and rear panel USB-s."Mother" is not turning on at all, even on force. 

My question is about tehnology taking of old one and putting on a new one bridge. (I found a promising one for donor:))

1) What temperature of air from desoldering air pipe tool shoud be when I taking of working bridge from donor and putting it on reciver mobo using method as described in "Замена южных мостов ". I burned some bridges wile trying to solve "отвал", so I whant to be sure that temperature is harmless for bridge it self.

2) When bridge is set down to reciver and soldered, should I check som other things that are need to be changed in every case of this operation?

Eny experience and advices abouth this?
