Thermaltake Toughpower 550W W0096RE

I need a picture from the back side of the power suply thermaltake toughpower 550W (not side of the components) , because board is burned and is missing a part of the board see the picture below. Please help.

Guidelines for creating a new theme (as amended on 23.05.2010 year) (c) rom.by

1. Use the search engine, possibly to your question has already been answered. Search is conducted not only on the marking of the unit, as well as the type, label, used elements: a chip PWM, switching transistors, chip supervisor, marking boards, etc.

2. In the name of the topic write the full name of the PSU and summarize the problem.

3. When you create a topic to answer the questionnaire PSU. Less common phrases, lots of technical information. Do not use phrases such as "normal voltage" provides specific values.

4. In the case of the solution to your problem to the author it is desirable to unsubscribe in the subject about how to remedy the defect, and add the name of the topic (solved).

5. Request to all responsible (Council) - do not start with the questioning until they fill the questionnaire (even if the block lies in front of you on your desktop)! This saves you time and time questioner.

6. "Execution can not be pardoned" - follow the rules of spelling and grammar.

If these simple rules, your topic will prenositsya in Sandbox Trash or without notice.

Dissatisfied, please contact the Hague tribunal.

Questionnaire BP

1 *. Model and name of the power supply if there is no rating plate (sticker), then mark the board.

2. Marking board.

3. The presence of filters in the input circuits, the state of the fuse holder.

4 *. The presence of PFC: active / passive / no.

5 *. Large capacity (high) capacitors, its manufacturer (labeling).

6. Availability and condition of the varistor in the high part of the block, often dressed in shrink.

7. Type of diode bridge: the integral on discrete diodes, marking.

8 *. Marking and the number of transistors on a radiator in the high part.

9. Labelling transformers.

10 *. Marking semiconductor devices (diode assembly, diodes, transistors, regulators) to a radiator in a low-voltage side of the block.

11 *. Untitled (markings) of all chips in the power supply, indicating which part of the block are (high-voltage, low voltage, an extra card installed in the main).

12 *. What is collected duty room? Bipolar transistor (eg, S5027), field-effect transistor (eg, 03N60), or a specialized chip, the availability of protective diodes.

13 *. On what channel was collected 3.3 volts, FET (typically - 60N03), or on a magnetic inductor, specify the type of transistor (usually - A733).

14. Which companies are set electrolytic capacitors in the power source of the duty, at the outputs of +12 V, +5 V, +3.3 V,-5V,-12V, in the control circuits of switching transistors, and their denominations.

15. The results of external examination:

* Are there any swollen capacitors?
* The presence of traces of overheating, short circuit on the motherboard?
* Visual assessment of winding products (inductors, transformers, choke group stabilization), including for overheating.

16. Availability of measuring instruments and devices: yes / no oscilloscope, multimeter type (tester), which is used as a load.

17. What is the scheme from the "Scheme BP" most closely corresponds to your unit? Possible option: the duty room of one scheme, the rest of the other, and so very welcome reupload schemes (part of the scheme) are drawn independently (you can use sPlan), or extracted "overwork" (internet search).

18. Availability of documentation (Data Sheets) for components used in power supply.

19. What has been done with the block?

* Symptom.
* If you know, the "medical history".
* Condition coolers.
* Present and changed a small electrolytic capacitor in the primary circuit standby power?

20. The measurement results:

* Voltage at each high-voltage capacitor.
* The output voltage of power supply in stand-by duty and working conditions, under load and idle.
* Profiles circuits (input and output signals in standby and operating mode, supply voltage), modes of semiconductors (such as voltage base / gate, the collector / drain, the emitter / source with respect to GND).
* Oscillograms of the block in the characteristic points: collector / drain of transistors (eg swing), input and output signals PWM (eg 8, 11 findings of TL494 and its analogs).

NOTE: If the measurements follow the safety measures! Do not forget that high-and low-voltage side power supply SHARED common wires!

21. In the presence of APFC to describe its structure and elements used (number and marking of power transistors, the number and marking of power diodes, marking chip control, public firms are set electrolytic capacitors and their ratings, the state of winding units).

22. If you prefer, you can put pictures and other supplementary materials.

Note
Questionnaire items marked (*) are required!
If your question relates to one of these items, in case of inability to quickly obtain information about the elements do not need to unsolder PSU - describe those details which will see, or parts of them. The more complete information you provide, the easier and faster than can be solved your question.

This information is necessary for the classification of your order.

Request to all users to create new threads!

Be sure to include in the text of your topic to answer the following questionnaire items!

Block unsoldering not need to - write those details, which will see, or parts of them.

- Model and name of the PSU.

- Transistors and diodes on heat sinks.

- Names of all circuits in the PSU.

- What is collected duty room? S5027, 03N60, or MS.

- On what channel was collected 3.3 volts, the transistor or magnetic stabilizer,

indicate what transistors are.

Especially If your question relates to one of these items

This information is necessary for the classification of your order.
