Hi all,
I have some problem with my newton's power supply. The purple line have 5 volts but it can't start.
Then i decided to replace caps in secondary side but nothing change.
If anyone can help me please tell me howto fix it.

How u think? someone told me to buy new one but I want to repair it.

Is it hard to repair? Or we must leave it?

I do not understand why voltage on the second photo almost 9 volts? In standby mode, since only 5.

Yes. In standby.
In all modes between 1 and 2 PIN optocoupler MAX. Forward voltage VF IF = 20mA - 1.4 V
For exampe use https://rom.by/files/SUNNY_ATX-230.zip
IC4 - standby power - In all modes between PIN 1 and 2 - ~ 1.2v .
IC2 - operate power. In standby mode between ground (black wire) and PIN 1 or 2 = 0v
IC3 - ON/OFF operate mode. In standby mode between ground (black wire) and PIN 1 or 2 = 5v
