IIGGOORR73, I also have that same problem with EPOX EP-8RDAE and I would be happy to hear (or read:) epilogue.
Does someone of distinguished colleagues, or Solo him self if he solved it, can tell us how he come to solution of problem that we can sublimate in this points:
1) RESET on Front panel sw 0.84v - going to ATXP1 on RESET OUTPUT leg
2) PCI A15 = 0V, IDE 1th leg = 0V, CPU Supply 0V or in some cases 1.16V, but always lower than it should or apsent.

Seems to me it`s "типовуха" of that kind of MOBOs?

P.S. I changed ATXP1, MIO, "шим", heated north and south with no results.
