ABIN NF8-V2
CPU supply is 1.13v. Ofcourse I tried another CPU:)
VID-s on ШИМ is ISL6566 are 01001(witch generate voltage 1.1V) when CPU is present and 11111 without CPU.
All other voltages are corect (Chipset, and RAM supply MOSFET-s changed).
Socket "Отвал"? W83267HF-AW or something else?

1.1V - start voltage. If CPU voltage isn't nominal, then CPU not initialize (IMHO).
IMHO - BIOS or Chipset.

Thank`s Maco for quinck answer.
Ill try to flash BIOS and to heat chipset and to reply the result.

P.S. What is meaning of "IMHO"? I noticed that it`s wery often used by forumers.

Unfortunately, after heating of chipset mobo isn`t starting at all. Before heating there was no short cuts to null on chipset supply, but after it i think that almost every capacitor near chipset is shorting to null :(
I think that I overheated him. Temperature was 365 degres.
