At first card didn`t work at all (POST25). After haetinh of GPU whole system is working. Windows is starting... but, there is only black screan. After starting, monitor is indicating that signal is present and gets only litle brighter then in stendby mode.
I tried to heat GPU again, and again increasing temperature of fan. No effect! On your forum I found that some people solved this cind of problem by changing ACT08. Tried- nothing!
Resistence on VGA outputs isn`t 75 Ohm as autor of "Общие проблемы видеокарт" sugested. It`s litle lower (about 72 Ohm). Is this indicating some cind of mailfiunction?

P.S. There is no BGA Memory modules to heat ;)

При старте винды разрешение меняется? (в меню монитора глянуть) Как насчет DVI - работает? А tv-out?

ИМХО - в пределах погрешности прибра/резисторов...

Проверить напряжение на GPU и RAM.
Поставить вторую карту и посмотерть определяется ли карточка в ОС.
Прошить новый БИОС(не забываем сохранить старый).
