есть ноут фирмы digital модель DECpc 325SLC
в нем проц i386 SL, вот я не могу про этот SL ничего найти. тесты показывают что частота 25МГц. может кто знает что есть SL?
и про оперативку вопрос: в нем стоит планка на 4 Мбайта,двухсторонняя,по 4 м/с на каждой. на одной стороне 2 м/с

вроде нашел что M5M44400 это 1Мбит х 4, mitsubisi. а вот что такое "316SBOH-7L" непонятно. читал здесь что можно припаять вместо этих м/с другие, большей емкости. скажите пройдет этот фокус здесь?

ИМХО, это SX с пониженным напряжением питания ядра (Low Power)

спасибо, все нашел. я так понял что с оперативкой не получится ничего сделать-только такой же модуль найти если)...
