Попалось сабжевое чудо. Поколупался в даташитах от Фейрчайлда - но так и не нашел нужный с четким указанием вольтажа, выдаваемого RC5051M. Косвенно выяснил, что вроде от 1.8в. Я прав, или она таки от 1.3в?
