Strange USB problem - instability:  One time All USB ports are working fine. After restart none is working (win is reporting UNKNOWN USB DEVICE). After 2-3 rebooting USB is working properly again.

Here is case history: 

No shortcuts to null - all USB lines have been measured. Southbridge is normaly warm.

BIOS flashed for several versions.

I even tried another instalacion of WIN - jus in case...

Я бы проверил емкости, попробовал с другим питальником, юм не мешало бы прогреть, тем более процедура безболезненная и занимает от силы минут 5.

Попробвать заменить транзистор(ы) питания ЮМ.
