Принесли плату с отпаянным шимом U21. Подозреваю что 5091MTC. У кого есть такая плата - подскажите.

Да, скорее всего, fan5091 или 5093... Качайте даташит (благо в инете полно) и звоните ноги питания, управления- не сложно это...
