The board had one burned Mosfet in CPU supply witch make shortcut +12v to null and it didn`t want to turn on even on force.When I changed that transistor board turned on normaly but North bridge was wery hot after few secunds. I changed Q117, Q198 (15N03H between AGP and RAM slots) in North Bridge supply (I found on your forum that northbridge supply is taken from that two transistors but can`t be sure) that were also wery hot  but nothing changed. .All other voltages (CPU, RAM, AGP,South...) are OK.South Bridge is normaly warm. 

Is North bridge fried?

Попробуйте померять сопротивление по питанию северного моста на распаянных возле него керамических конденсаторах.

Очень похоже на то, что плата пострадала от некачественного БП.

I measured resistance from cpu suply (upper) and Northbridge suply mosfet-s And found shortcut to null on source on all of them, but all transistors are surely working.

Да, очень похоже... если мосфеты питания в порядке, а сопротивление нагрузки 0 Ом - то мост, скорее всего, труп.

Do you have some expirience with changing Northbridge? Is proces same as it was described in WIKI for SouthBridges and CPU sockets? How successful can it be? Or is it beter just tu use this MOBO as donor?

Откровенно говоря, опыта пересадки СМ нет... одна удачная попытка из предпринятых пяти - это не опыт....
Автор, из-за большого количества выводов и меди под СМ заменить СМ очень сложно без спецоборудования (как минимум хороший ИК подогрев, т.е. обладающий достаточной мощностью, хорошей температурой, ее регулировкой, равномерностью и стабильностью). Проще спаять с платы ЮМ и др. элементы, тем более, что плата - ничего хорошего.

I intented to buy Infra red reworking station. I tried one in mobile phone repair shop and it`s hiting from up and down equaly and only iron parts so taking off sockets, Bridges, plastic konectors wih metal legs etc.is child game. Only problem is to find proper ball matrix for BGA if they are damaged during taking off.

So, the GA-8I865P-G is for donating organs:)
