Problem in patching bios with bios patcher

My Bios String is 6BZ ver A.3 03/05/1999-i440ZX-ITE-2A69KSMHC-00
My motherboard didnt recogonize 40Gb Hard Disk.So i tried to flash the bios with 6BZ_A4.Bin file.

Even after updating motherboard didnt detect 40Gb.So i decided to patch the file with bios patcher the log is

6. "MB"/"GB" string search : is not needed to be fixed.

10.Error display Koefs>9.5x : not found.
11.New Stepping Support : is not needed to be fixed.
12.Tualatin L2-init error : not found.
13.New Freq in Setup open : -> fixed.
Add new freq in BIOS Setup: 105/35 MHz 110/36 MHz 115/38 MHz 120/40 MHz
14.Set "Y" as default on exit: -> fixed.

UDMA for "big"-HDD on UDMA33_only_MB fix: not found.

After patching i flased the bios unfortunately my motherboard is dead.

Header Sum error in bios patcher annoyes me.What culd be the problem.Virtual dual bios option in bios patcher didnt work.

Help me to patch my bios so that it will recogonize hard disk greater than 32gb
