Прошивка на S3 Trio3D/2x Качать тут и наслаждаться... :D Как добить файл 32 кг до 128 кг в каком-нибудь HEX-едиторе, надеюсь, поймешь. Если нет, могу пошагово расписать процесс. Да и остальным интересно будет.
Небольшое замечание: хотя прошивка получилась 128КБ, но на самом деле существенны только первые 64КБ. Дело в том, что в процессе дампа многих карточек Uniflash считывает флешку по два раза, так что дамп получается удвоенного объема.
Можете в этом сами убедиться посмотрев на первую половину прошивки и на вторую: они идентичны...

I dont know is it saved by Uniflash i did not used it for VGA bioses
i was used Dumpbios for my old PCI cards.
I can't help you about fixing this file i don't know how.
Did you see that only first 32kb of file have data & 2nd 32kb is empty.
Go to https://rom.by/bios_vid & download S3Trio bios you will see the file is full.

Of course. Because there are flashes only with 32KB size on S3 Trio... And they were dumped on programmer ;) So we have 32KB-file...

But the local copy of file on my hard always was 32kb size...
All my dumped bioses are 64kb but after 32kb empty.
It is normal. Look at Rage6 and R7000 BIOSes. They have a lot of space at the end of file... So the code size is < 32kb

PS: I took a look to file... I didn't see any pecularity - it is "regular" 64KB VideoBIOS... BTW, could you write here the marking of flash? If it looks like 27C512, then it means thah you have 64KB flash on videocard... And the dump must be the same size

How much space (mb-gb) do we have?
All bioses should be *.rar packed (save space).
Dont make sub/sub/sub folders but extend file names
like this Abit.9550.256.DDR.Hynix.40.date.rar and just make folder 9550.
Exsample make file legend with explanation (better in *.html)
